Todd T. Turin

Mr. Turin is a shareholder and concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, orphan’s court litigation, real estate, corporate and family law. He was born in 1962 in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and is a 1980 graduate of Greensburg Salem High School.

Mr. Turin attended Saint Vincent College and graduated in 1984 with high honors, together with a degree in Political Science. Immediately thereafter he enrolled at Ohio Northern University School of Law. During his enrollment he received the Book Awards in Property, Contracts and Corporations. He also was nominated and accepted membership into the Willis Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1987 with distinction.

After passing the Pennsylvania bar in 1987, Mr. Turin accepted an associate’s position in the Law Offices of George W. Lamproplos. During the next six (6) years, Mr. Turin was able to practice under one of the most experienced practitioners in Westmoreland County and will be forever grateful for that opportunity. In 1993, Mr. Turin began his solo practice.

In 2000, Mr. Turin became a shareholder in the firm of Berk, Whitehead, Kerr & Turin, P.C. He continues to represent a number of Non Profit Organizations, is a member of the Westmoreland Bar Association where he serves on the Elder Law/Orphan’s Court Committee and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Turin is also a lifelong member of the First Presbyterian Church where he has served periodically as deacon, elder, and elder/trustee.

Mr. Turin enjoys reading, daily exercise and spending time with his family.
