Lynne M. Dascenzo lives in Penn Township, Pennsylvania. She received her paralegal degree in 1995 and began working for Berk Whitehead in April 1996. She began working for Lawrence Kerr in June 1996 specializing in Personal Injury and Employment Law. Lynne is in charge of the personal injury department at the firm and is responsible for coordinating depositions, collecting and compiling medical data, work loss data, and related client information associated with the preparation for trial.

Heidi Painter is from Level Green, Pennsylvania. As the receptionist for the firm, she is the first person to greet our clients with her friendly smile. Heidi is a "people" person who brings significant experience in dealing with the public. Her optimistic outlook comforts apprehensive clients preparing for conferences with the legal staff. In addition, Heidi's design and artistic talent learned while in the floral business brightens the office and staff attitude.

Linda Sampsell is in charge of the firm's Accounting/Bookkeeping Department where she oversees the financial records, handles accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Linda has extensive experience as an Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant. She holds an Executive Secretary Diploma from Business Training College (currently Point Park College) and an Associates Degree in Business Management from Westmoreland County Community College.

LuAnne G. Shincovich lives in Hempfield Township, Pennsylvania. She has been a legal secretary since 1983 with experience in the areas of civil, family, real estate and criminal law. LuAnne began working with Alan K. Berk in May 2005 and is now working with civil litigation, real estate, municipal and corporate law. She is also currently the Assistant Secretary for the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Authority.
